Syntrex AI LLC ("Syntrex AI", "we", "us") operates syntrexai.com and go.syntrexai.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

You give us: your name, business or brand name, website, business type, number of locations, revenue range, booking software, your role, email address and phone number, plus anything you tell us on a call.
We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and how you moved through our site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel.
We do not ask for or want payment card details, health information, or information about your customers through this form.
When you submit our form you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email, including by automated or AI-assisted calls and texts, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have a relationship with you and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete sooner, see section 8.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
