These terms govern your use of syntrexai.com and go.syntrexai.com and the free AI Revenue Map session offered through them. By using the site or booking a session you accept them.

The AI Revenue Map is a free 30-minute working session in which we estimate revenue your locations may be losing across three areas: leads that go unanswered, appointments that do not show, and members or clients who have lapsed. You receive a written version afterwards.
The Map is an estimate, not a measurement, and not a guarantee. Figures are produced from industry benchmarks combined with numbers you provide during the session. They are illustrative. They are not a forecast of your results, a promise of revenue, or a representation that any particular outcome will occur. Your actual results depend on your market, your operations, your team and factors outside our control.
Sessions are free and carry no obligation. We ask that the person who can make decisions for the locations attends, because the session is not useful without them. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion, including where the request appears to be outside the businesses we serve.
Nothing on this site or in a session is legal, financial, tax, accounting or medical advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for your own compliance obligations, including any rules that apply to contacting your customers.
The site, the Revenue Map format, our materials and our methods belong to us. The figures we produce about your business are yours to keep and use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute our materials without written permission.
You agree to give accurate information, not to misuse the site, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
The site and the session are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrex AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on the Revenue Map. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free session shall not exceed one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
